July's Volunteer Spotlight goes to our VP, Membership and Director of Mentorship, Randy Kubich! He maintains contact with 10 - 15 mentors and coordinates the matching of mentors to mentees. If our chapter does not have enough mentors to match one-on-one with mentees, Randy will meet with multiple mentees.

Randy was involved with the creation of the Volunteer Engagement program, launched in 2023. He has consistently provided input and feedback on multiple FWPMI initiatives, such as the Chapter's Annual Goals and 2024 Bylaws. His contributions are well thought out and often brings up perspectives that others have not thought of.

August's Volunteer Spotlight goes to Bob Beideck, a core member of Toastmasters! Bob regularly participates in our Fort Worth and Dallas Chapter communities by actively engaging in meetings and networking events. On multiple occasions, we have heard him voice concerns for the chapter and put forward ideas on how to make it better. He has been singing Fort Worth's praises at each event and encouraging others to volunteer and help make an impact.

Bob volunteers for the Dallas chapter, volunteers for Toastmasters, and has offered to help when the Fort Worth chapter needs him. He is community.
