Presentation Overview:

Topic: Leadership Gym - Flexing Your Leadership Muscles with Confidence

Even the most seasoned Project Manager can find themselves in situations that test their self-confidence.  For example:

  • Do you pull your hair out trying to engage project team members when you have no official “authority”?
  • Do you abhor giving feedback, especially when it’s not positive?
  • Do you dread giving presentations?
  • Do you struggle telling succinct stories based on graphs and charts?
  • Have you run into the occasional project team that has NO energy?

The list can go on and on …

Leadership skills develop over time, given enough opportunity and practice.  As professionals our learning never stops; AND taking charge of your own development will get you further faster.  In this workshop, participants will:

  • Conduct a “self-confidence check-up” on specific essential leadership skills,
  • Identify 2-3 areas upon which improvement is sought, and
  • Leave with an actionable plan to groom these selected leadership skills
