Presentation Overview:
The field of Organizational Development sheds light on the “why” behind project management frameworks, tools and documentation. Learn how understanding boundaries and learning styles play important roles in managing team dynamics and effectiveness.
About Our Speaker:
Speaker - Carly Riehle, MSOD, PMP Carly Riehle, MSOD, PMP, is a 20-year veteran of project management spanning the highly regulated industries of for-profit education, residential construction, shipping, and banking. She has been PMP certified continuously since 2014 having worked on projects in CA, UT, OH, and now Texas. Through her master’s degree program in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University, she has also worked on projects in France, Costa Rica, and Japan. She is married with three sons ages 26, 14, and nearly 4. In addition to working as the manager of a Strategic Program Management Office in a DFW community bank, she enjoys volunteering as a lecturer for industry professional organizations and serving in her church community. |
