You’ll learn about stress management, self-care practices, and methods to maintain a clear mind amid chaos.

About Our Speaker:

Speaker - Terrie Chantel

Terrie Chantel is a High-Performance Coach, Author, and Speaker with over 10 years of experience in project management and more than 14 years as a successful business owner of a tax firm. As someone who's faced the intense pressure of the finance and project management IT industry, Terrie experienced firsthand the toll that stress and overwhelm can take on one's health and well-being, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by high performers in high-pressure environments.

After experiencing severe burnout, losing hair, weight, and peace of mind, she recognized that many professionals in project management and business ownership suffer from similar stresses. Terrie is now on a mission to help others avoid the same pitfalls. Her keynote, "From Burnout to Boldness," explores the journey from overwhelming stress to achieving success with balance and resilience.
