This month's lecture will help an organization realize the value of establishing a PM community. It can help bring to light many tools and techniques to help achieve greater consistency in PM delivery and other benefits of a PM community.
Value:
Establishing a PM Community within your organization does not require a significant investment and can bring to light many tools and techniques to help achieve greater consistency in PM delivery. This presentation will give you an opportunity to see the benefits of a PM Community within your environment. It will address the goals of establishing a PM support system, developing a unique Body of Knowledge, initializing a toolkit with templates/guidelines, maintaining forums/town halls, performing training and certification exam prep, mentoring frameworks and assistance with PM career development.

Adrian Terry currently serves as a Vice President at GM Financial where he leads a team responsible for Process Excellence and Robotic Process Automation. He also serves as a PMP exam-prep instructor with Crosswind Learning. The bulk of his career has been spent in the airline industry and is complimented with several PM consulting engagements and most recently auto finance. |
