We’ll walk through how to build your Influence Circle, navigate resistance with empathy, and get buy-in without being the loudest in the room. Learn how to move like a boss… without all the responsibility of being one.
 
Learning ObjectivesBy the end of this webinar, participants will:
  1. Be able to identify key allies and stakeholders within their organization and create a personal Influence Circle to support a strategic goal or initiative.
  2. Apply a 3-step framework to recognize resistance signals and respond with empathy-driven strategies that reduce defensiveness and build trust.
  3. Practice at least one influence technique—such as reframing, storytelling, or aligned questioning—to gain buy-in without relying on volume, authority, or positional power.

Speaker - Tiana Reeves

Tiana Reeves is an Information Technology professional, author, and the founder of Innov8IT, a company focused on educating the community on proven best practices and methodologies for career growth and emotional intelligence. She is also known as Corporate_Mom, a social media influencer sharing humorous and relatable content about parenting and corporate life, bringing a fresh perspective on what it means to lead with both empathy and effectiveness.

A certified Project Manager and Agile Practitioner with 15 years of experience in Banking and Finance and over a decade in the IT industry, Tiana brings deep expertise in project delivery methodologies. She has successfully led their implementation across cross-functional teams and global environments, introducing and coaching Agile practices for U.S. and international teams. A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, strong leadership, and sustainable success, she brings a unique blend of expertise, empathy, and humor to every stage she steps on.

A proud Texas native, Tiana is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
