Sharron Frohner Sharron is a capable and proficient instructor with over forty years of global career experiences in project, program, and portfolio management in multi-cultural arenas. Her skills include coaching, team building, structuring and re-structuring PMOs, problem solving, mitigating risks, and communication management. Her career began with eleven years in the US Army where she discovered her desire to become a project manager. Sharron has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree focused on Business Management from LeTourneau University. She received her PMP® certification in 1999 and has held several positions with different PMI® chapters. Sharron currently is a course developer and professional instructor for ProjectCoach USA providing the CAPM® and PMP® prep classes and other skilled development classes. Blake McMillan Blake McMillan is the Director of Training & Consulting at Improving, as well as a Professional Scrum Trainer (Scrum.org) and Professional Kanban Trainer (ProKanban.org). He focuses on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and guiding organizations in the practical integration of AI to enhance the outcomes their teams achieve. Over his 25+ years in technology, Blake has worked with organizations such as Oracle, Capital One, Toyota, American Airlines, Hyatt, and ExxonMobil to help teams deliver value faster and continuously improve. He has trained more than 2,500 students worldwide and is passionate about making agility practical for teams and leaders. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, pickleball, and spending time with his family.
