Speaker - Sherri Willams Sherri Williams has had a diverse career spanning over 40 years in Information Technology and project/program management, including Infrastructure Project Manager, Infrastructure Program Manager, and Triple-platform System Engineer specializing in enterprise operating system integration, mail systems, directory services design, and enterprise applications. She was the first minority female to be triple platform certified in the Southwest. After leading various deployment projects, she became interested in project management in 2004 and now holds a Doctorate degree in business administration, a master’s degree in project management, a bachelor’s degree in management of Human Resources, certifications in PMP, ITILv3, Six Sigma Green Belt, ProSci ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, and numerous systems engineer certifications. She is an international bank's Infrastructure Service Delivery VP (program manager), working with infrastructure services provision. Her primary responsibility is program management and PPM leadership and administration. |
