About Our Speaker:

Speaker - Jessica Atkinson PMP, CMP, CSM

Recipient of awards from Marquis Who’s Who in America, Black Women in Project Management, Women in Consumer Finance, and More 2.0 Conference in Vegas. A triple-certified Transformation Expert, Jessica Atkinson has spent the last 20 years leading Business and Technology changes for Corporate America. As a people leader she has mentored hundreds of young professionals. Her commitment to mentorship shows as she is an active Project Management Institute Mentor. Jessica’s versatility in managing complex projects including international corporate build-outs, technology platform changes, documentaries with the UN and HRW, and building global PMOs. As the CEO of The WILB Effect, she's leading a movement that advocates for authenticity in decision-making across all industries. Jessica leads the WILB Effect's mission to create a workplace culture of safe spaces where teams are encouraged to value their unique perspectives as a pathway to success. From growing up in a foster home in an emerging country to advocating for Human Rights in the Supreme Court, she's witnessed the power of fear and the triumph of authenticity. Jessica Atkinson is igniting the "I WILB Me" and “Embrace Authenticity Awaken Greatness” attitude as the critical path for transforming corporate leadership for the future.
