IT projects may require more governance, quality improvement, and oversight before the phase endings, revealing missed target dates, and administrative or project rework, resulting in additional project costs.
This presentation addresses some of the methodologies used in IT and how each correlates, overlaps simultaneously, and requires customer requirements traceability.
About Our Speaker:
Speaker - Dr. Sherri Williams Dr. Sherri Williams has a diverse career spanning over 40 years in Information Technology and project/program management, including Infrastructure Project Manager, Infrastructure Program Manager, and Triple-platform System Engineer specializing in enterprise operating system integration, mail systems, directory services design, and enterprise applications. She was the first minority female to be triple platform certified in the Southwest, has led various deployment projects and now holds a Doctorate degree in business administration, a master’s degree in project management, a bachelor’s degree in management of Human Resources, certifications in PMP, ITILv3, Six Sigma Green Belt, ProSci ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, and numerous systems’ engineer certifications. |
