This event will cover the importance of tracking execution efficiency for successful strategy implementation irrespective of project methodology and organizational setting. It will also cover the importance of understanding the objectives, structuring, and solving the decision model using decision toolkit by project managers and executives.
About Our Speaker:
Speaker - Dr. Sadu Shetty Dr. Sadu Shetty ,is an experienced professional, author, speaker, academic with 30+ years of industry experience in several Industry verticals- IT, Finance, Automation, Healthcare, Energy, Engineering, Telecom, and Education. He earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, MBA in Finance, and doctorate in Business Administration.
He is a PMP, certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and a Certified lean process manager (CMPE). CFA foundation (Chartered Financial Analysts). He has several certifications in the information technology area, Agile, Data Science, Automaton. He has experience in teaching exam preparation classes at PMI. He has served as adjunct professor at University of Cincinnati, NKU and few other universities. Dr. Shetty is a published author with his book on Innovation, Multi-nationality and performance in MNCs. He has volunteered with PMI for more than 20 years. He has served as Relationship Manager, Director of Marketing, Director and VP of Education outreach at Southwest PMI and VP of programs, Chair of Regional Summit, and President of Dayton PMI. Currently volunteering at FW PMI as VP of External Relations. He is engaged with Social Equity Foundation, a philanthropic organization. He recently moved to the DFW area with his family. |
