Presentation Overview:

Designing Change: How Behavioral Principles Can Help Project Managers
The 7th Edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) introduced Change Management as one of the 12 project management standards, with an extended emphasis on Stakeholder Management. Communication skills have been highlighted as a crucial element for project managers, but as Derek Sivers once said, "If more information was the answer, then we'd all be billionaires with six-pack abs." With this in mind, our presentation aims to inspire you to embrace behavioral design principles and explore innovative strategies to achieve successful stakeholder engagement, adoption, and use. Through this approach, project managers can drive meaningful change and deliver outstanding results.
