Agreement

The Fort Worth PMI Chapter is proud to invest in the growth and development of our scholarship recipients. As part of accepting this award, recipients agree to partner with the chapter in celebrating and sharing the impact of this opportunity.

Scholarship Terms Acknowledgment*

By accepting scholarship funds, the recipient agrees to the following terms:

Attend the Chapter's Annual Dinner Meeting to formally receive and be recognized for the scholarship award (unless otherwise approved in writing due to extenuating circumstances).
Submit a brief written testimonial within three (3) months of receiving the award, describing how the scholarship has supported their professional or academic development.

These commitments are an important part of honoring the generosity of our chapter and its members. Failure to fulfill these agreed-upon terms may result in an obligation to return the scholarship funds to the chapter.

By accepting the scholarship, the recipient acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
